Job Description
We are recruiting an office manager for a European company specializing in the management of internal operations and assets. The office manager is responsible for administrative and regulatory monitoring of client files and internal processes of the Cabinet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in banking, management, finance, or a related field
- Excellent mastery of written and spoken French
- Mastering of sector regulatory issues (AMF / ACPR / LCB-FT / RGPD) is an advantage
- Solid administrative rigor and a keen sense of organization
- Analytical and structuring spirit — ability to put order in documentary flows
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office 365
- Sense of confidentiality
