JobRack is a recruitment business that helps business owners hire quality remote team members from Eastern Europe and South Africa. We're a fully-remote team of 10 globally, and we're looking for a Recruitment Partner to play a crucial part in wow-ing our clients by recruiting great candidates and helping more business owners grow their teams and their businesses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of international experience as a recruiter in an agency environment.
- Experience working with clients in the USA, UK and Europe.
- Experience conducting interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
- Exposure to numerous niches and industries (tech, finance, marketing, legal, creative, support, SaaS, etc.)
- Experience working directly with multiple clients simultaneously
