Lead Hero AI - AI-Powered Marketing Manager

Build & scale AI-driven marketing systems, including building and optimising funnels, campaigns, and automations, and managing client communication and project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms, and experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly self-driven, and naturally takes ownership of their work.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in digital marketing, operations, or project delivery
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Hands-on experience building funnels, email campaigns, and automations
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, etc.)
