Job Description
Lead Hero AI is seeking an AI-Powered Marketing Manager to build and scale AI-driven marketing systems, with a focus on applying AI within marketing and sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and naturally takes ownership of their work, with strong communication and client management skills.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in digital marketing, operations, or project delivery
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Hands-on experience building funnels, email campaigns, and automations
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, etc.)
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
