Ocean Getaways is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to support and execute their digital presence, with a strong emphasis on high-quality writing and refined storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in social media and content marketing, and excellent written and spoken English skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality, English, Business, or related field)
• 1-2 years of professional experience managing social media and content for a brand or company
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Experience working remotely for international or US businesses
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with luxury or affluent audiences
• Strong visual and editorial judgment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva; working knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere, or similar
• Ability to conduct competitive research and market analysis
• Responsible and transparent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini
• Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Zoho), email marketing tools, and shared file systems
• High attention to detail and sound professional judgment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
