Ocean Getaways is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to support and execute their digital presence, creating high-quality content across social media channels, newsletters, and website. The role requires strong foundational skills, structure, and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree (Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality, English, Business, or related field)
- 1ā2 years of professional experience managing social media and content for a brand or company
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Experience working remotely for international or US businesses
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with luxury or affluent audiences
- Strong visual and editorial judgment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva; working knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere, or similar
- Ability to conduct competitive research and market analysis
- Responsible and transparent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini
- Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Zoho), email marketing tools, and shared file systems
- High attention to detail and sound professional judgment
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
