Job Description
We're hiring L2 Application Support Engineers with expertise in AS400 systems to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support critical enterprise applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Diagnose and resolve application issues on AS400 platforms using RPG, COBOL, DB2 SQL, and CL.
- Monitor system health and application performance using tools like Dynatrace or IBM APM.
- Handle tickets related to access, monitoring, audits, infra issues, and network connectivity.
- Perform regular health checks, log reviews, and support nightly job cycles and policy data processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting, document management, claims, and technical premium processing.
- Document incidents clearly and maintain audit trails and evidence.
- Ensure timely support for critical apps, tools, and integrations with no front-end dependency.
