Job Description
We're seeking experienced L3 Application Support Engineers to join our enterprise IT team, with a focus on AS400-based systems and.NET/Windows environments. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for advanced incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ensuring application stability for critical business systems.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring incidents and proactively monitor applications using Dynatrace, IBM monitoring, and system logs.
- Understand how applications are built, deployed, and managed, including batch jobs and real-time integrations.
- Debug issues in RPG, COBOL, DB2,.NET, and Java applications.
- Collaborate with development and infra teams to escalate, resolve, and document issues.
- Create and maintain SOP documents, training materials, and knowledge bases.
- Conduct user training and communicate updates effectively across teams.
