Job Description
Glass container manufacturer in New York's southern tier needs an Operations Manager for its 250 person plant. The Operations Manager will develop goals and processes for operations improvement, manage performance of various departments, and ensure regulatory compliance standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing equivalent
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience with 5 years operations leadership
- Experience in change management, process improvement and optimization
- Ability to lead in a way that builds trust with people in all departments
- Accessibility 24/7 and holidays to support facility as needed
