Job Description
Operations Manager needed for a unionized plant. The ideal candidate will have operations experience in manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing equivalent, and 7+ years of experience with 5 years of operations leadership. The role involves developing goals and processes for operations improvement, managing performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
