Salon Assistant Manager

The Salon Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, including guest service, marketing, team management, expense control, and administrative tasks. They will lead and coach a team, manage schedules, and achieve sales goals while maintaining a professional and clean salon environment. The role involves strong customer communication and a commitment to high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

• Valid current cosmetology license, including manager license.
• Minimum of 38 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
• Ability to perform hair services and other salon related functions.
