We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to assist in preparations and negotiations with sub-contractors for hospital construction projects. The successful candidate will have experience working as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry, with a focus on managing contracts and costs for healthcare infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, or equivalent
- Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. graduate certificate, graduate diploma) in Commerce, Accounting, Business, Construction, Property, Quantity Surveying, Law, or other associated disciplines
- Experience working as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry, with demonstrated experience in hospital or healthcare-related projects
