Senior Contracts Administrator

At John Holland, we're looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead the preparation, negotiation, and engagement of subcontractors for a premium commercial tower project in Waterfront Brisbane. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will oversee contract administration services to support effective commercial management and control of project costs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, or equivalent
• End-to-end subcontract management experience across procurement, cost forecasting, variations and claims, and close-out
• Commercially astute with a strong understanding of cost management and contract law
