Role Overview

Join Sisk's project team in Blanchardstown to support the effective management, distribution, and quality control of project documentation. Work closely with design, engineering, and site management teams to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

What You Will Do

Manage project documentation, maintain registers of drawings and technical submittals, ensure compliance with Sisk standards, and support design and site teams in uploading and retrieving controlled documents.

Requirements

• At least two years' experience in document control within a construction or engineering environment
• Experience using document management systems such as BIM 360, Viewpoint or Aconex
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage workload effectively in a busy environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
