Job Description
Accounting Systems Support Specialist maintains and supports ERP/accounting systems, assists with system upgrades and implementations, and provides user support and training.
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, IT support, or ERP systems
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, GL, inventory, billing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools
- Experience with system troubleshooting and user support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
