Job Description
Johnson Brothers is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in inventory management and product flow. This hands-on leader will inspire and lead warehouse staff, develop talent, and drive performance across all facets of the operation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in warehouse management or similar leadership role
- Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred; HighJump experience is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of applicable federal regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements
- Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and safety standards
- Proven ability to develop and analyze procedures related to warehousing and distribution activities
