Job Description
The Accounting & Finance Rotational Associate - July Start position is a 2.5-year program with five 6-month assignments across different business units and functions. Associates will gain experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, and more, and have opportunities to meet with top leaders and receive extensive training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Knowledge of basic Finance and Accounting concepts
- Proficiency in a Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze and interpret information from diverse sources
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills
