Vice President Global Business Services

Johnson Controls is seeking a visionary and execution-focused leader to serve as Vice President of Global Business Services (GBS). The role will design, scale, and lead a global GBS organization that delivers high-quality, connected services across Finance, HR, IT, Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in GBS, shared services, or enterprise transformation
• Proven track record of building and scaling GBS organizations across multiple functions, geographies, cultures, and languages
• Deep process management expertise in GBS operating models, outsourcing, and automation
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, RPA, AI/GenAI, and digital tools
• Exceptional stakeholder management, change leadership, and strategic planning capabilities
• Financial acumen and ability to manage large-scale budgets and cost optimization programs
