As an Account Manager, Sales, you will drive and execute sales plans to deliver sales targets and meet financial goals for the territory. You will generate business development activities, develop account strategies, and manage pipeline growth. You will be the face of Sensormatic Solutions to clients, covering multiple key stakeholders within the organization.
Requirements
- Drive and execute Sales Plans with the Sales Leader to deliver the Sales Targets and meet the Financial Goals for the Territory.
- Generate relevant business development activities and play a lead role in developing account strategies to promote Sensormatic Solutions.
- Manage and drive pipeline growth, qualify major opportunities to be pursued, drive consistency between sales strategies (value proposition messaging, relationship approach, competitive differentiation) and manage Pre-Sales efforts (solution design, pricing and costing, project management plan).
- Own overall communications and relationships for each account (whether assigned or new logo) and be the face of Sensormatic Solutions to the clients you engage, covering multiple key stakeholders within the organization, including relationships at Executive Level when needed.
- Penetrate and increase Share of Wallet in existing assigned Sensormatic Customer Accounts.
- Identify, acquire and develop new Customer Accounts.
- Lead the strategic direction of customer accounts by establishing and articulating client requirements and expectations. Impact customers’ business strategies through promoting and selling across the company’s solution portfolio. Promote and sell higher value services to the customer, enabling competitive advantage for them in the marketplace.
- Ensures client satisfaction and manage overall client relationships at various levels of stakeholders from working level to senior management including up to C-Level. Grow customer intimacy and communicate across functional groups and build strategic relationships with client teams.
- Plan, direct and lead sales and marketing activities that align with customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices and technology.
- Comply with the Sensormatic Solutions sales methodology and practices.
- Provide thought leadership and capitalize on cumulative industry, product, and company-specific experiences.
- Collaborate across functional teams to meet customer requirements.
