CMS Project Manager

We are seeking a CMS Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, our mission is to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places, and the planet. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the building technologies or construction industry
• Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to cold call on owners, architects, consultants, and contractors to create new business opportunities within the construction market
• Ability to travel up to 50%
