Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in the construction, service, or HVAC industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and other building subsystems
• Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
• Demonstrated advanced computer skills, particularly computer-related drafting tools
• Petro Chemical experience
