Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Controls Service Technician to build, repair, and configure HVAC building control systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and 3-4 years of experience in the construction or service industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in the construction or service industry
- Petro Chemical experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or service, or HVAC industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems
- Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols
- Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills, particularly computer-related drafting tools
