Job Description
As a Director of Plant Operations, you will lead end-to-end multi-site plant operations to deliver outstanding Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) results. This role requires 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations and 5+ years of leading multi-department plant teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing/operations
- 5+ years leading multi-department plant teams
- Technical, engineering, or business degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record delivering SQDC results, budget, and on-time delivery
- Knowledge of OHS/OSHA and Employment Standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer orientation
