Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Inspired individual with excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, ISO 14001/45001/9001, and common EHS principles
- Working knowledge of EHS digital platforms, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, tailored to varied audiences
- Ability to influence without authority
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working on the plant floor and interacting with all levels of the organization
