Installation Coordinator (Onsite)

Installation Coordinator (Onsite) job requires coordination of installers/Sub-Contractors onto installation jobs, organizing and scheduling installations, performing welcome calls to customers, and coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure installation site readiness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong email and phone etiquette
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
