Installation Coordinator (Onsite)

Installation Coordinator role involves coordinating installers/Sub-Contractors onto installation jobs, organizing and scheduling installations, and communicating with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong email and phone etiquette
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment
