Job Description
The Product Owner will join and help lead one or more SCRUM teams contributing to our market leading Navigator Platform. The PO will be the primary interface between Product Management, User Experience, and Development Teams to ensure developed solutions meet business and customer needs/requirements.
Requirements
- Accountable for analyzing, designing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions
- Interface with Product Owners and Business leaders to turn prioritized requirements into planned user stories
- Create and negotiate the steps leading to a successful release point
- Prioritize the work in the SCRUM Team(s) backlog
- Responsible for maintaining the Product/Feature Backlog and Sprint-by-Sprint forecast
- Identify and manage priority vs. speed to market decisions
- Serve as a focal point within the team
- Guide, motivate, and listen to the SCRUM Team(s) in finding creative ways to deliver more value with less scope and effort
- Engage with the SCRUM Team(s) at the appropriate level in all SCRUM ceremonies
