Job Description
The IT Product Owner will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the organization’s Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform, primarily built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. This role is responsible for managing the product backlog, translating marketing strategies into technical deliverables, and ensuring successful execution within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile or SAFe environment.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Experience working with customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories and features.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
