Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to lead initiatives that establish and sustain a stable, efficient production flow. This role focuses on applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies while developing and optimizing machines and equipment for the production floor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience in designing, developing, or modifying manufacturing equipment and tooling
• Hands-on experience with production line optimization and process stabilization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
