Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Johnson Controls, you will design plant layouts, develop task lists, and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the execution of manufacturing projects. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and effective integration of manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Strong understanding of engineering theories and principles
• Excellent presentation, oratory, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommendations to non-engineering team members
• Strong skills in identifying and resolving problems
• Willingness to work in a shop environment with adherence to safety policies and caution due to naturally occurring hazards
