Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. The successful candidate will analyze and redesign manufacturing processes, investigate and resolve operational issues, and implement quality assurance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management are a plus
• Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform line balancing through time-cycle studies
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in process management software and tools
• Interest in research and technology application
• Advanced conversational English
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
