Requirements

• Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanic Engineering Degree
• 3+ years of experience, in metal mechanic industries
• Spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge on elements of continuous improvement, line balancing, capacity calculations, planning and layout
• Project management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Original thinking and an ability to identify problems and generate creative solutions
