Manufacturing Trainer

Manufacturing Trainer responsible for all New-Hire Orientations and delivering high-quality training on company policies, safe use of basic hand tools, manufacturing safety practices, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) comprehension across multiple sites.

Requirements

• CSTS-2020 Certification (Required)
• Previous training, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach and demonstrate hands‐on tasks clearly and confidently
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
• Organized and detail‐oriented with strong recordkeeping habits
• Powered equipment experience (considered an asset)
• Solid understanding of hand tools, workplace safety principles, and manufacturing processes
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback and correcting unsafe behavior
• Ability to interpret SOPs and explain them to others
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‐functional teams
