Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years experience in Continuous Improvement
• 5+ years experience as an operational frontline leader
• Demonstrated high-level performance in current and previous positions
• Solid leadership skills and ability to manage vertically and horizontally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications and Internet software
• Certifications from a reputable lean leading company
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to exercise without authority
