Plant Lean Leader

Working as a Plant Lean Leader at Johnson Controls, you will lead process improvements and drive business strategies. Assess current state performance, identify gaps, and visualize a future state plan. Define and implement process improvements, coach teams, and collaborate with leadership to develop a plant CI Roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years suggested minimum experience in Continuous Improvement
• 5 years experience as a operational frontline leader
• Solid leadership skills
• Basic statistical knowledge
• Certifications from a reputable lean leading company
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications
• Internet software, and E-mail
