Principal Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Customized Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of relevant experience, and good organizational and coordination skills. They will be responsible for designing and developing customized cooling solutions for AI data centers, collaborating with production and factory teams, and participating in product improvement projects.

Requirements

• Design and development of customized cooling solutions for AI data centers
• Ensure all technical documents are complete, accurate, and meet domestic and international standards
• Collaborate with production and factory teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
• Participate in product improvement projects and lead or participate in product improvement projects based on customer feedback
• Design and layout of CDU systems, including mechanical structures, piping, and valve systems
• Material and process selection based on liquid cooling product characteristics to ensure design manufacturability, reliability, and cost goals
• Theoretical design calculations, including structural strength, fluid pressure drop, and accumulated tolerance calculations
• Simulation-driven design, collaborating with simulation engineers to perform multiple design iterations and optimizations based on CFD simulation results
• Prototyping and testing, working with suppliers and internal production departments to create prototypes, track and record, and solve technical and process issues that arise during prototyping
• Technical support and translation, providing test input conditions for the testing team, technical support for production, procurement, and quality departments, and solving design problems during the productization process
• Standardized design and design improvement, developing and maintaining structural design standards, component selection guidelines, BOMs, and standard component libraries, and participating in improving and perfecting internal selection tools and selection software
