Product Sustaining Engineer

Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. We are looking for a Product Sustaining Engineer to support our operations in over 150 countries. As a support engineering role, you will work closely with contract engineers and the design team to provide product support and comply with customer requirements and global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of product development experience
• SAP operational knowledge
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and to understand and use technical documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven, team-oriented environment
• Ability to perform failure analysis and corrective actions
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Experience supporting manufacturing to ensure products meet specifications
• Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards
