Johnson Controls is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a production area, managing resources, achieving performance indicators, and promoting product quality. Requirements
- Meet 100% of the daily production plans
- Be the benchmark in all strategic points of the plant
- Ensure that problems are contained, root cause is identified, and preventive and corrective actions are implemented with a sense of urgency
- Ensure Personnel Safety and Product Quality over production volume
- Establish clear, measurable, and achievable objectives
- Actively participate in cost-reduction, continuous improvement, safety, and environmental projects
- Demonstrate positive, inclusive, and respectful leadership toward the team
