Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in meeting production objectives, ensuring timely service, and product functionality. The successful candidate will have a broad leadership approach, experience in manufacturing processes, and knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in manufacturing processes/metal mechanical industry and/or production supervisor
- OEE, Machinery, and Equipment Administration
- Knowledge in continuous improvement tools
- Knowledge in SQDC Standard Boards, 5S, Order, Cleanliness, Discipline
- Basic technical English
