Project QAQC Engineer

The Project QA/QC Engineer will ensure that all HVAC and BMS installations on the Greenbelt Project comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in QA/QC roles for MEP, HVAC, or BMS projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS controls, and relevant standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, etc.)
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, documentation control, and audit processes
• Good understanding of testing, commissioning, and handover procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
