QA/QC Engineer

QA/QC Engineer responsible for ensuring HVAC and BMS installations comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Tasks include developing and implementing QA/QC plans, conducting site inspections, managing documentation, and ensuring quality control processes are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in QA/QC roles for MEP, HVAC, or BMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS controls, and relevant standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, etc.).
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, documentation control, and audit processes.
• Good understanding of testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
