Requirements
- Achieve assigned annual sales revenue and gross margin targets
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in targeted verticals
- Manage and grow relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, developers and end users
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs, tenders and quotations
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure contracts in line with company policies
- Maintain strong pipeline management and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Support project execution teams during handover and participate in key client meetings when required
- Apply consultative selling approach to understand customer security risks and recommend appropriate integrated solutions
- Work closely with pre-sales, engineering and operations teams to develop competitive and technically sound proposals
- Maintain strong engagement with architects, consultants and M&E engineers to influence project specifications
- Develop account plans for key customers to drive long-term growth and retention
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and tenders to improve conversion rates
- Deliver accurate monthly sales forecast and pipeline reports
- Strengthen Tyco brand positioning in the Malaysian security market
