Job Description
Weāre looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help grow the EasyIO Neo portfolio and strengthen our UK partner network. The Sales Manager will support and mentor sales teams, implement strategic sales plans, lead coaching and performance management, and oversee technical support engineers.
Requirements
- 5 years of sales experience with a strong track record
- Confident leader with sound decision-making skills and a collaborative approach
- Strong commercial awareness and solid technical understanding of BMS or peripherals
- Customer-focused, proactive and able to build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or collaboratively
