As a Sales Engineer, you will manage sales of HVAC business, acquire new customers, build relationships, and offer solutions based on customer needs. Key responsibilities include generating quotations, forecasting sales and collection, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, or medical devices (MRI/CT Scan)
- Experience in selling product to contractor, consultant, or company's owner, and in handling project
- Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls would be preferred
- Experience in Building industry would be preferred
- Self-motivated, work based on target and under less supervision
- Able to forecast pricing, quotation & budgeting
- Good negotiation, communication, analytical, aggressive & relationship management skills
- Must be a proactive team player & having problem solving spirits
- Proficiency in English (written & oral)
- Computer literate (MS-Excel, MS-Word, CAD is an advantage)
