As a key member of the project development team, you will contribute to achieving department and project objectives on important, complex, and high-risk projects focused on energy efficiency and decarbonation. You will lead engineering, internal process, and financial tasks during the preliminary and detailed phases of project development for performance-based energy contracts and sustainable energy projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field
- More than 10 years of experience in designing or selling HVAC systems, energy modeling, renewable energy systems, micro-grids, construction, or facility management
- Complete mastery of building system analysis and evaluation, energy consumption analysis, energy modeling, and distributed generation
- Ability to lead engineering teams, work effectively in teams, achieve results, focus on customers, and act ethically
- Ability to communicate with non-technical clients and simplify complex subjects
- Strong computer skills, including a good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Solutions Architect, EQuest, JC Facts, and NISC benchmarking tools
