Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, or related engineering, as applicable.
- More than 10 years of experience in the design or sales of HVAC systems, energy modeling, renewable energy systems, micro-grids, construction, or facility management.
- Specific certifications or licenses, such as a Professional Engineer's license for engineering roles, CEM, LEED, CMVP, CBCP, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building system analysis, energy consumption analysis, energy modeling, and distributed energy generation.
- Ability to lead engineering teams, work effectively in a team, achieve results, focus on the customer, and act ethically.
- Ability to communicate with non-technical clients and simplify complex topics.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Solutions Architect, EQuest, JC Facts, and NISC benchmarking tools.
