We are looking for a technical support specialist to handle customer requests, process service orders, and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements

• Several years of work experience in the field of security or electrical engineering
• Basic knowledge of standard regulations (VDE, DIN, VOB, VOL and VdS)
• Experience in project management and installation processing
• Experience in processing technical service orders and handling short-term offers
• Knowledge of the MS Office package and preferably CAD knowledge
• Reliable and structured working method
• Teamwork and friendly demeanor
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills
