Job Description
The Quality Engineer I is responsible for examining product field returns, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective action to improve product quality. The role involves occasional travel to customer sites, data collection and analysis, and utilizing quality systems and tools to support reporting the root cause of field issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a field related to data analysis, engineering, or other related areas
- 2 years quality related experience preferred
- Experience working with SAP, CRM and other similar ERP systems
- Experience working with technical support, quality departments, and R&D to troubleshoot and document issues
