Maintenance Team Lead 3rd Shift

Lead the 3rd shift maintenance team in implementing Johnsonville’s Maintenance Excellence Program and ensuring the reliability of production and industrial refrigeration equipment. Work with engineers and production members to innovate and improve production machinery. Develop and maintain Personal Development Commitments for team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience required
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience/ability to coach and mentor others
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong decision making and prioritization skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
• Ability to lift, carry and hand grip up to 65 lbs, and pull up to 20 lbs
