Job Description
Johnsonville is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining SuccessFactors reports and People Analytics Stories, delivering insights to senior leaders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves data quality checks, governance, and compliance, as well as presenting analytical findings to large audiences. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics.
